Teen Sports and Programs (Ages 12-18)
Teen programs at the Y help youth develop their sense of independence. At the Y our core values are caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
Basketball (11-14 yrs) - Fri 4:30 PM
Play pick-up games and work on skills with other teen members.
Private Coaching (13-18 yrs)
Ages 13 and older. Private or Semiprivate coaching in either basketball/football/baseball/softball. All lessons are 30 minutes and are to be conducted at times other than when group lessons are scheduled. Full payment due at time of lessons. Please complete a request form at our Welcome Center. Any cancellation of a private lessons must be given at least 3 hours before the lesson begins. Please pay at the Welcome Center and bring your receipt for lesson.
Members – $30 per lesson
Non-Members – $45 per lesson

River Crossing YMCA Girls Volleyball League (Gr 7-8)
The Girls Volleyball League is designed for young athletes from all counties to develop their volleyball skills, build confidence and compete against others across our association. This team-based program is the perfect next step for those who have completed our skills clinic, offering an opportunity to put their training into action in a supportive, competitive environment. Players will refine techniques, learn team dynamics and participate in exciting matches, all while fostering friendships and leadership qualities. All players must be River Crossing YMCA members.
Teams will practice 1x per week starting in January. Our league wll host 3 tournament days:
March 15 – Quakertown YMCA
April 12 – Fairless Hills YMCA
May 17 – Doylestown YMCA
Teen - 1-3 / Swim Basics - Tue 4:45 PM
Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning benchmark skills.

Teen Lifting Club - Tue 2:45 PM
This program is designed to lead teens through safe and effective exercise program based on your health/fitness goals. Improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular conditioning, endurance, flexibility, body composition and general overall well-being through traditional and innovative techniques.
