Many consider ballet the foundation of all dance styles. In ballet dance classes students learn about proper body alignment and stretching. They will also learn the fundamental ballet positions that prepare for other dance moves.

Learn the basic tumbling and stunts involved in gymnastics, while practicing in a safe and protected environment. Kids will put together routines to showcase at the end of the program.

Ages 6-10.This class teaches a freestyle dance form that encompasses several styles—like popping, locking, and breaking. Students will learn how to move to the beat while embracing the creative freedom of hip-hop

Co-Ed program focusing on learning the basics of soccer, like dribbling, passing and striking. The kids will also be building confidence. self-esteem, and while emphasizing fun while playing!

Learn the basics, from learning how to throw and hit. Along with the rules of the game. The YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility are emphasized to create well rounded players. Please bring a glove, all other equipment will be provided.

Kids will learn techniques from several dance styles, like ballet, hip-hop and tap. They will learn how to execute leaps, pirouettes, jumps and more safely. Jazz is also a popular form of dance for musical theater routines.

This program is designed for youth ages 5-18 years. The 2,000 year old traditional Korean martial art emphasizes self-defense, discipline, endurance, and spirit. Affiliated with Tang Soo Karate Academy and the International Tang Soo Do Organization. Uniform purchase through instructor required by second week. Testing available for an additional fee.

Lego Program is a benefit to support Fine motor skill development. Precision and coordination, which assists children to develop and strengthen their fine motor skills. It Enhances Teamwork & communication. Resilience & perseverance. Problem-solving & Creativity.

Will learn elements of the performing arts through dance, vocal training,

script reading, and all about stage presence.

Ages 6-12 years. Work on your agility and coordination in our Nerf Academy program. Each warrior will learn how to build their own fort, work on their agility as they duck, dive and weave through the Nerf battleground. The Y will provide all Nerf toys and darts.

Tuesdays 4:15-5:00pm

The gym will be transformed into an arena for the kids to battle and play fun competitive games.

It’s Nerf or Nothin’! In this class, kids will have the opportunity to create their own course every class and team up to win games like capture the flag and more! We provide the nerf blasters, ammo, and obstacles. Goggles are not required but can be worn provided by the member.

Jump on the pickleball craze and come learn the basic rules and skills to start your pickleball career!

Instruction will be given in the beginning, while working in game play.

Ages 5 and older.  Private or Semiprivate coaching in either basketball/football/baseball/softball.  All lessons are 30 minutes and are to be conducted at times other than when group lessons are scheduled.  Full payment due at time of lessons.  Please complete a request form at our Welcome Center.  Any cancellation of a private lessons must be given at least 3 hours before the lesson begins. Please pay at the Welcome Center and bring your receipt for lesson.

Join Ms. Aly to learn the game of volleyball! Participants will learn the fundamental skills and rules of the game. Students will learn the skills needed to serve, dig, and set.
