Many consider ballet the foundation of all dance styles. In ballet dance classes students learn about proper body alignment and stretching. They will also learn the fundamental ballet positions that prepare for other dance moves.

Ages 3 to 6 years. This class focuses on building control over motor skills and introducing children to dance terms and basic ballet. Students will learn how music influences their movements, follow directions and use dance for positive self-expression.

Ages 3-6 years old

Join us to learn some fun dance moves and build great friendships through the art of dance! Our class will include different ballet, contemporary and modern styles of dance for your kids to learn and create their own show at the end of the program

Ages 3-5.This class teaches a freestyle dance form that encompasses several styles—like popping, locking, and breaking. Students will learn how to move to the beat while embracing the creative freedom of hip-hop

Ages 3-8

Learn basic skills and drills of basketball.

Kids will learn techniques from several dance styles, like ballet, hip-hop and tap. They will learn how to execute leaps, pirouettes, jumps and more safely. Jazz is also a popular form of dance for musical theater routines.

Preschool. Ages 4-6  Learn the basics of ballet and modern dance while developing key skills such as rhythm, musicality, form and balance.

Y Soccer is Co-ed.  Our goal is to teach basic skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and to have FUN.

All teams are contingent on how many kids register and how many coaches are available.

Practices will start once a week in Early April , depending on the coaches and field availability.  Games are on Saturday Mornings.

Games and Practices will be held at Stockertown Rod & Gun club fields.

* Children must bring cleats and shin guards.

Ages 3-6 years. Explore, play and make new friends! This class is packed full of fun and skill work as a variety of sports including basketball, soccer and more are introduced. For the second half of class, your child will learn safety and confidence in the water with our swim instructors in a mixed-level group session. The focus of this lesson is water exploration and comfort, self-rescue skills, and beginning forward movement in the water.

Ages 3 to 6 years. Introduce kids to the basics of learning how to throw, catch, and bat in a fun atmosphere. Participants get active while learning useful sport skills and making friends.

No Class March 31st

Ages 2-5 years. Give your child’s world a splash of colorful creations! Encourages expression and socialization activities that include painting, drawing, collage, working with various utensils and materials to challenge sensory experiences.

Ages 3 to 5 years.

This is a Great class for children to be introduced to a variety of sports including: Basketball, T-ball, Soccer, and More.

Ages 3-5

Our sports sampler class lets kids enjoy and be introduced to a variety of sports and games including baseball, basketball, and soccer. Character development, socialization, and sportsmanship are stressed.

Spring Session runs May 2nd – May 23rd

Ages 1 to 4 years. JUMP, FLIP, TWIST, AND SHOUT, it’s tiny tumbler’s time!  Children come and learn beginner gymnastic skills in our tumbling room. Parents are encouraged to participate in class.

Ages 3 to 5 years. Learn fundamental skill development, sportsmanship, and socialization between players, coaches, and parents.
